Anyone had a spooky experience with ghosts or seen UFO’s? Anything out of the ordinay happened to you at any time?

I am doing research on paranormal and was wondering if anyone would like to share. (only serious answers please)
paranormal does not only mean aliens or ghosts by the way…
i put this question up in paranormal phenomena. that is what i am doing my research on… just in case i did not make it clear.

I have encountered “ghosts” approximately 30 times. Some of the situations were extremely scary. If I wrote the events out in narrative form do you think the book would be published? Is there a market for these kinds of books?

Non believers do not seem to be haunted by paranormal experiences.
Is it they just ignore them? I do know that not everyone see ghosts I have but I am considered crazy.

You always hear about children and animals that can sense spirits or whatever, but under what circumstances would an adult suddenly have strange paranormal-like experiences? What causes a person to become sensitive when they were NOT sensitive to these things before or as a child? Serious answers only, please….

I see people claiming that they have had a paranormal experience when they have had a dream about someone that has passed away. Is there any evidence to suggest that this is any more than a normal dream or should Occam’s Razor apply here?
