Real ghost picture?

Real ghost pictures… This is a picture from a friends cousins phone. She swears that no one else was meant to be in the picture and they do not know who the eerie ghostly image belongs to. This image completely freaked me out, and it does look real, what do you lot think? I know photoshop can make anything seems real, but seriously, I reckon this could be the real deal?

    I do believe that animals are also spirits that are bound with their beloved owners. I belieive that I have a picture of Jim Williams,and his cat Sheldon, taken at Mercer Williams house in Savannah georgia. Has any person seen anything around that area?
