Name of a tv show about real ghosts?

I can’t remember the name of a show I saw about ghosts. In part of the show a group of ghost hunters went to a cemetary and got several EVP’s on tape. One of them said “I’d like to find me stone” in an Irish accent. Another one said “I’m so sad” in a female voice. I don’t think it was a series. It was first aired about 5 or more years ago.
