How do i protect myself from ghosts and demons ?

I am going to an abandoned insane asylum with some friends tonight.

My friends have been before and they think it is haunted.
I saw some pictures they took and we saw some figures in windows, a black one and a white one.

Anyways, the asylum is known to be haunted so how do i protect myself against ghosts or demons ?

    Hi

    The best way to do this is to keep rational.
    If anything strange does happen, try to rationalise it first.
    Look at the what it could be’s of the situation.

    Ive been in the field 10yrs+ and have attended hundreds of apparent haunted places but not once has a discarnate soul harmed me!

    If you feel this may spoil the mood, take a little bag of salt with you.
    It is believed that pure salt keeps away ghosts and demons as it is pure and from the earth.

    I would really like to know how it goes for you tonight and will be interested in any footage you get.
