How do I know if there are ghosts in my house?

I watch The Haunted a lot. I see that ghosts are very real. Now I think there is a ghost in my house. Animals are very sensitive to ghosts. Which my dog is. In the middle of the night she’s barking to someone in the middle of nowhere. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night felling like there is someone watching over my shoulder. I see shadows disapper and reapper all over the house. I could just be parinoid but to me I think they’re real. Please help!

    well heres a few signs door opening and shutting,toys go off by themselfs,hear footsteps at night,stuff falling down,sounds out of nowhere,move things,feel like ur being watched,freazzing or cold spots,ghost wants to be noticed,it could be a family member,pet or friends sprit thats hanging around if its them it might be cheaking on u/visting u it happened to me my guinea pig died in her cage she came back the next day saying goodbye and shes will and crossed over never heard from her senice it happened dont u a oja board its dangerous a black curly hair female with a dress on???iam a baic john edwards its nice to know ur not alone iam used to it most of the ghosts r happy family,pet and friends will be with us always on both sides if people on here say no such think or paranoid or wird dont worry they probully havent have a vist from a loved one like we both do….
