   I think they believe ghosts are demons or some kind of evil spirit.

   I can’t say whether or not ghosts exist, if they did it would be evidence of the supernatural. In the christian view if ghosts are real then they would be explained as the activity of evil spirits.

   Basically, I think the problem is most people don’t know what they believe in. Some claim to be christians yet live and believe like the world. Then there are some christians who are taught wrong.

   When the biological self dies, the rest of the soul, the spirit, continues to live on. Paradise and Prison may be states more than actual locations; thus — rarely — human beings can receive the assistance of ministering spirits. We live again as tangible souls after the resurrection.

   they’re probably referring to the term “spirit.” I guess hollywood and fiction novels associate spirit with ghosts but Christians definately believe in the Holy Spirit and evil spirits as well; e.g. Demons.

   Ghosts are demons. Nothing more. Ppl aren’t in heaven or hell. Belief in the immortality of the soul is what’s opening the door for Christianity to fall for the idea that a relative is communicating with them. Satan mocks them for it. Sad but true: http://www.helltruth.com/

    Ghost are real. However they are not as we think of them(the deceased) Ghost,preferrably spirits, are Satan and his fallen angels that disguise themselves to trick us. This can be done by appearing to be friendly spirits or evil.see for yourself( 2 Corin 11:14) For those that don’t know, there is a difference between angels and humans a huge difference. Of course angels are older than humans, therefore they would know everything about everyone and everything. So Satan and his fallen angels know everything about us and that is how they are able to appeal to our senses. They can even disguise themselves into deceased loved ones. People don’t come back from the dead. Its either heaven or hell. You can’t believe in roaming spirits and heaven/hell at the same time. it contradicts. Those claiming they’ve seen ghost are only seeing demons in disguise. Dont be fooled. True way to tell they are demons is to test them. If the spirit cant claim Jesus Christ to be the son of God, then it is a work of the devil.(1 John 4:1)

    Ghosts are demonic spirits.
    When you die the Bible states that your spirit is in the presence of the Lord. 2 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 8.
    You either go to Heaven or are sent to Hell if you haven’t accepted Jesus as your savior.

    If you accept Jesus as your savior,your name is written in the Lambs Book of Life and you enter Heaven.
    Daniel chapter 12 verse 1, Revelation chapter 3 verse 5.
    Revelation chapter 20 verses 12- 15. Revelation chapter 21 verse 27.
